As a child, Jonathan loved to figure how systems and principles work, and this has translated into his love and passion for Mechanical Engineering. He got started in the field as part of engineering team during and after Senior High School, where his team designed a mining tool for checking samples of gold. Jonathan’s goal is to improve the current scope of items or equipment and also to continue innovating to make life more convenient and effective.

Jonathan graduated with his Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Takoradi Technical University in Takoradi, Ghana. He was privileged to join Getenergy Field Ready Program out of over eight hundred engineering applicants. Jonathan was trained and awarded competences in Mechanical, Electricals, Instrumentation and Process Engineering disciplines which has made him a volatile engineer.

He has worked with Volta River Authority as a Maintenance Technician (National Service) where he was an integral part of the restorations of the Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG’s) at Takoradi Thermal Power Station. Additionally, Jonathan joined the Health and Safety Department at Consolidated Shipping Agencies Limited (Conship) as a Safety Officer. At his tenure, the people, equipment, materials and the environment were safe without any incident.

Jonathan is now working with EcoAlpha Services Limited as a Technical Sales Executive, where he advises clients on technology upgrade and also demonstrate technical features and benefits of company products. He hopes to create innovations that will not only make life easier for people, but will also inspire the next generation.
