Preservation of A Test Cap

TechnipFMC reached out to EcoAlpha for a demonstration on preservation of a TEST CAP. Upon arriving at the site, we had a site induction. All covid protocols were adhered to. We carried out safety toolbox talk to identify the hazards associated with the job and all control measures were put in place before commencing the job.

The components were thoroughly inspected for any damages, pictures and inventory were taken.

A buffer material was folded around all sharp edges that may cause puncture to the guardian material.
The items were enclosed in a Guardian Material. The enclosure was then purged with nitrogen to an acceptable level of humidity and oxygen.

These items are in a corrosion free environment and will continue to be until the bag is opened. Pictures and all reports were then stored on the cloud for client access.
After preservation, Guardian Chips were installed on the exterior part of the guardian material containing all documentation and pictures of the items.
